Your
mailbox has reached its maximum
capacity!
The
eager e-Mail user might have
already been asked to delete
e-Mails, because the maximum
capacity of
your mailbox has been
exceeded. An irritating message,
you usually get right when you are
really busy. So, some e-Mails are
quickly being deleted in order to
make room for new e-Mails. Be
Honest: How many important e-Mails
have you lost this way, so far?

Once
the e-Mail archiving tool
exchange@PAM has been
installed in your company,
everything stays better. |
MS-Outlook
stays as your familiar e-Mail
software.
Solely
a small icon in MS-Outlook
indicates, that an e-Mail message
has already been archived. Other
than that, everything stays the
same. A simple double click will
do, and the e-Mail including
attachments is fully available.
Messages can be searched, edited,
forwarded, moved to other folders
or deleted. Everything just like
you are used to with MS-Outlook
98/2000/XP/2003.
Your computer department takes
care of e-Mail archiving.
Once exchange@PAM has been
installed in your company, you
will never have to store e-Mails out-house
as PST files in order to make room
in your mailbox. Because right
after archiving the available
storage space in your mailbox
increases automatically. Which
e-Mails are being archived at what
time is being determined by your
computer department.
MS-Outlook gets a new function!
Play it save! Perhaps, in addition
to automatic e-Mail archiving, you
might want to take advantage of
the manual archiving options? We
will give you the necessary tools.
A specific MS-Outlook Plug-In in
the menu bar enables you at any
time to archive sensitive messages
manually.
As a notebook owner you will
appreciate the additional
functions of folder
synchronization. Those enable you
to transfer even archived e-Mails
onto your local hard drive. The
optional full-text-search in
attachments is a valuable feature,
which enables you to find e-Mails
you would not be able to find with
traditional subject-line- or
body-text-searches.
